ASMPNorCal's Multimedia Special Interest Group Presents David Lesson

David Leeson will fly in from Texas and treat MMSIG to a very special evening.  We’re meeting on a Friday night for this meeting so that after David’s presentation, we can go into overtime with one of the first public screenings of “At War,” a film produced by David for his film company, Protégé Films. This is David’s seventh documentary, several of which have won major awards.  David also won the 2004 Pulitzer for his work in Iraq for the Dallas Morning News. In the fall of 2000, he began shooting video for The Dallas Morning News making him the first staff photographer in the nation shooting video full-time for a newspaper, championing the use of framegrabs from the HD video stream for printing in the newspaper.
