After Wachovia merger, Wells Fargo Finance Division shuts down

Because of the combined effects of subprime mortgage losses and merging with Wachovia, Wells Fargo has decided to close down the Finance Division. Only about 3,800 of the 14,000 jobs in the Finance Division can be lost. Line of credit loans and other financial products will still be offered by Wells Fargo, but within the bank branches.

Non-profit commercial license

So I was contacted today by a international nonprofit to use some of my images for web, multimedia and print. They want a creative commons non-commercial license from me and I am ok with that. However they did say some of their printed publications are sold. They said this covers the costs of printing shipping ect...my question is:

What is the definition of commercial?
If it is being sold is it commercial?
or does it have to be for profit?

If any of you have any advice I would greatly appreciate it.

We stole this image to promote our April 17th event!!

(At least it feels that way)

The generous photographer had already granted the right to copy and deface.....'er make derivative versions.  All for free.  And we never had to ask. But he did want a credit line. ....cool!

Questions to ask our Panelist for the April 17th Event

Have any burning questions to ask?
We'll of course have open mic questions on April 17th, but some people might want to pose the questions here instead, and have us ask for them during the event.
Please post some of them here so that we can bring them up in the panel discussion.
