Your Biography

Together with my wife, a food and beverage specialist, I have operated Shaffer-Smith Photography for nearly 20 years, shooting advertising and editorial work for a wide variety of national clients. I have also taught photography part-time for that last 10 years, and am currently the Photo Program Coordinator for Napa Valley College in Napa, Ca.
We offer Associates Degrees and Certificates in Photography. Courses include : Intro Photo, Intro Lab Photo, Advertising and Product, Advanced B&W, Portrait, Photojournalism, Digital Color Printing, Photoshop 1&2
Our facilities include a state of the art Mac Lab, with 24-24" Intel Imac workstations, scanners, printers, and video projection. Adobe Creative Suite and Remote Desktop software. We also have a digital print lab in Photo which features an HP Z3100 24" wide printer.
