Your Biography

A New Yorker by Birth, I have had an opportunity to live and travel all over the world. My love for photography started at a very young age which was mainly driven by my farther who was an avid amateur photographer and outdoorsman. He gave me my first camera and the opportunity to use it. I minored in Photography but mainly I have been self thought over the years. In the late 90s while I owned one of the first digital stock agencies I adopted a complete digital work flow and shop. Through these opportunities I have developed an extensive background in digital collection, workflow, media, marketing, intellectual property and media distribution.
I have currently over seventy five thousand images and three hundred fifty hours of video in circulation over the past eight years. We developed into a very successful commercial photographer and cinematographer shop and in April of 08 I sold the company. My enjoyment in creating avant-garde images and really wanted to promote my own style had grown to strong to suppress, so I am now just shooting what I want to shoot. I love to make people stop, think, look, react, I truly believe in the power of art is that reaction. I like to push boundaries not only of photography but technology as well. My work has been called edgy, erotic and different than the norm. You can find my commercial work from cell phones to major publications (AVP, Revolver, Chopper, AVNonline), the internet and TV. My client’s have included: Price Communications, PURE Records, Sony Entertainment, etc.
