New
Mentor
Introducing
our newest mentor: Larry Angier Since high school, Larry has traveled throughout the rural
West with a camera shooting what he loves—its people
and places. His work has appeared in National Geographic
Traveler, Natural History, and Men’s Journal. His commercial
and industrial photography has included work for Georgia-Pacific,
Amador Commission on Tourism, and Nevada Tourism. Larry has
recently supplied images to America’s Heartland (2002),
Romance and Reality of Ranching and Our California (2003),
California 24/7, Nevada 24/7, and Portrait of the West (2004).
His calendars for 2005 include Real Buckaroo, Jackasses,
Outhouse, Tractors, Barns, and Cats, among others. Larry
uses the world wide web and email to continue finding new
clients and interesting projects to photograph. He believes
that “with the advent and expansion of digital tools
for photography, the magic continues toward new and exiting
images yet to be seen.” Please feel free to contact
Larry with your questions.
