ANNOUNCING HEALTH, LIFE, AND LONG TERM CARE INSURANCE PROGRAMS FOR ASMP MEMBERS

ASMP members now can purchase health, life, and long-term care insurance from ASMP Health and Benefit Solutions Programs.

Health

The available options allow members to access doctors and hospitals and PPO’s nationwide with lifetime maximum benefits of $5,000,000 to $8,000,000 per person, routine care, co-pay prescription drug cards, vision and dental plans, a choice of office visit co-pays, and the deductible of your choice. Members may save up to 30% off similar coverage. Access to coverage is available to anyone under 65, whether full-time or part-time in your occupation. Your coverage cannot be cancelled. ASMP Health and Benefit Solutions Programs can provide comparisons of the available benefits with your current companies and policies. Once you have coverage you cannot be cancelled and your premiums will not increase because of the development of medical conditions. Premiums increase equally based on age and demographics.

These plans use “A” rated insurance companies, provide prompt claims payment, ASMP backing on customer/claim service, and benefits that are similar or better than you can obtain through an employer or on your own. You cannot lose your insurance due to job loss with the ASMP program.

Life

ASMP life insurance is priced so that members can save up to 30% off any comparable Term, Universal life, Second-to-die or survivorship policies, or whole life plan.

Long-Term Care

Long-term care insurance is being offered to ASMP members at 15% below standard agent rates from all major carriers. Carriers include John Hancock, General Electric, State Life, Lincoln Benefit Life, Standard Life, Kanawaha, and more. ASMP Health and Benefit Solutions Programs uses these carriers and coverage so members may protect themselves and their families against the loss of their assets. Long-term care is an important retirement planning tool for those between the ages of 45-70 years old. It provides choice of living conditions and can relieve your family of the care-giving and financial burden. Rates vary based on age.
